Backstory: I HATE Ponche de Creme. Tastes like raw egg and puncheon. Wife loves the stuff- go figure. While she was pregnant, she was craving it. So, being the amazing husband that I am, I created one with cooked egg and no alcohol. She was happy, I was happy. Moved on with life. The next year, she was able to have the regular one. However, she and the family that she shared it with, wanted me to make more. So, I blended alcohols to keep my flavour profiles. I want a drink with some alcohol. Not alcohol with some drink. I now have many repeat customers who buy this drink for their relatives who don't like Ponche de Creme.
Eventually, i ended up making this for a pundit so I created an eggless and alcohol free recipe. All options are available below. Limited stock as making these is long and boring and my arm gets tired from constant stirring :)
